From one stop to the next, follow the trail through Port Royal’s storied past, soak up the atmosphere of this historic community and discover the hidden treasures found upon its historic soil.
Stop 1 – Y Knot Bar & Grill
Meet your guide and start the voyage with an ice-cold bottle of Red Stripe beer. Get your first look at Port Royal's pirate past.
Stop 2 – Grand Hotel Excelsior
Sip a "Crow's Nest" (Red Stripe, Johnnie Walker Red, lime juice, simple syrup) at the hotel where Dr. No was filmed. Its stone wall was once part of Fort Carlisle, one of Port Royal's original six forts.
Stop 3 – Ye Olde Parade Sports Bar
Brace yourself for the "Fire in the Hole" (Red Stripe, peach schnapps, white rum, lime juice and simple syrup, topped with Scotch bonnet–infused cherries). The name comes from the warning pirates shouted before firing a cannon.
Stop 4 – Blackbeard's Pub
Raise a "Dead Men Tell No Tales" (Red Stripe, blue curaçao, white rum, simple syrup, lime juice) while you hear more of the town's legends.
Stop 5 – Gloria's Seafood
Finish at Gloria's with the "Coffer" (Red Stripe, Smirnoff vodka, peach schnapps, orange juice), named for a pirate's treasure chest.
